This is a great class for anyone who wants to learn how to cook a curry from scratch. We will go through method and techniques of Indian cooking that has been passed on from generation, but then look at adapting this to suit our lifestyle today.
I truly believe that Indian food has the ability to be healthy, and super easy to follow. All flavours are inspired from Gujarat and East Africa, which is my heritage, but with an added British Twist to certain dishes and flavours.
Within this class, you will have the opportunity to take the food home, which you have cooked.
We will go through each dish step by step, and helpful tips will be given along the way to simplify the way you can cook the dishes at home.
